Rapper (although I don’t think she’s done anything since the early 90’s) Da Brat has been sentenced to three LONG years in prision for bashing a woman with a liquor bottle at an ATL nightclub.
She is also facing 7 years probabation and 200 hours of community service.
UK’s News Of The World got their hands on some footage taken from Amy Winehouse’s husband’s stolen personal camcorder.
Already wildly circulating the Internet is this disturbing clip of Winehouse and a friend, high as kites, singing a disgustingly racist song for the camera. Click here to see the video.
Also just in, the courts released information to the public announcing that Blake has plead guilty to charges of perversion of justice. This was not expected.
He admitted to courts last week that he did indeed assault a barman and then covered it up.
His sentence is not yet known, but word on the street is that his admittance is in exchange for a plea bargain.

Scott Weiland is going to jail…for 192 hours to be exact.
Such are the terms of the plea bargin he entered into after a second DUI arrest this past November. He’ll serve an additional 4 years probation, attend 18 hours of alcohol education class and pay over 2k in fines.
Time must be served before May 28th, and we are DAMN happy about that since STP don’t play PNC Bank Arts till May 31st, and we have tickets, and by GOD that asshole better show up.

Long after denouncing his past success (remember the infamous MTV appearance where “Rob Van Winkle” beat the crap out of the master beta of his music video “Ice Ice Baby” so it would never be shown again?), failed at reviving his music career with an rap/rock sound, and sunk to the lows of reality television, Vanilla Ice is back in the public eye.
This time on charges of domestic battery. He was arrested and booked last night in West Palm Beach after his wife called the cops on his dumb ass for “hitting and kicking her”. This is his second booking for domestic battery-ps.
He retaliated by stating that his wife is bi-polar, an although on medication has “irrational and argumentative episodes”. last night being one.
His wife says she wants a divorce. Congrats Ice, you’re back in the blogsphere.

Vicarious hasn’t really been covering the Steve-O controversy the past few days…however this new video prompted us to give it a mention.
In a nutshell, Steve-O was arrested on a felony charge for cocaine possession, then send suicide letters to his friends…this lead to being taken into medical custody on 72 hour surveillance, that supposedly was extended to 14 days…

“R&B singer R. Kelly is scheduled to go on trial next month — more than five years after he was first charged with child pornography.
The judge in the case announced a Sept. 17 date for the start of a jury trial, according to the Cook County state’s attorney’s office.
The Chicago Sun-Times reported on its Web site that the setting of a date followed a meeting Wednesday that lasted more than an hour between Cook County Judge Vincent Gaughan with Kelly, his attorneys and the case’s lead prosecutor. Gaughan said the two sides have agreed on what questions potential jurors can be asked.
Kelly has pleaded not guilty to 14 counts of child pornography. He was charged in 2002 and is accused of engaging in videotaped sex acts with an underage girl.
He has said he’ll survive his legal tribulations.
“I’m going through my own struggle … and you’re either gonna fold or you’re going to stand,” he told The Associated Press in 2005, “and I believe in standing.”
Since Kelly’s arrest, the case has been hit with delay after delay. Gaughan seemed close to setting a trial date last year, but then he was hospitalized after falling off a ladder and suffering multiple fractures. By the time the judge recovered, Kelly needed emergency surgery for a burst appendix, which caused him to miss a status hearing in February.
Scheduling was further complicated by demand for Kelly’s attorney, Ed Genson. Genson, a highly sought-after attorney, represented Conrad Black in a lengthy trial that ended last month with the newspaper executive being convicted of three counts of mail fraud and one count of obstruction of justice.”
