On my 3^rd full listen (to the actual CD vs. the streams the band posted online) I think it could be Metallica’s best record since Side A of …And Justice For All–  It lives up to the hype and wipes away the memory of their last 3 average to terrible studio records.

It’s super dense, there’s non stop riffage/solos. It’s going to take many many listens to absorb it all.
