Don’t get all spooked, there’s no supernatural sh*t going on. Heath had signed on as a partner and investor for the to-be nauticaly themed watering hole 5 Leaves prior to his untimely passing (obviously).  His father Kim, who is now the executor of Heath’s estate, determined that his son would have wanted the job finished and is allowing a release of previously allocated funds.
