“Jukebox”, the new album from Cat Power, is quite possibly the first album of 2008 worth hearing.  January tends to be a slow month for new music and while “Jukebox” will likely fall short of any “best of 2008″ lists come December, the album is certainly a pleasant first step into 2008.
