As we reluctantly reported last week, a new Kurt Cobain biopic is in the works…

If they’re going to do it, they better do it the RIGHT way and that means hiring reputable actors, writers, directors, producers, etc to tell the tale.

 So far, rumor has it James McAvoy (Last King of Scotland) is the front runner choice to play the legend, and David Benioff is signed on to write the screenplay.  Benioff is best known for a little film called Troy…

 Bottom line, we’re skeptical about the authenticity of this film due to one such executive producer name Courtney Love…do the right thing for once, please.
