What do you get when you put together 2 members of pop/rock bands out on the road in Denver and one Live Nation Concert promoter…?

A WEDDING!

Yep, Gerard Way, lead singer of My Chemical Romance and his girlfriend Lyn-Z, bassist for Mindless Self Indulgence decided to bypass the engagement and head straight to the impromptu wedding. They didn’t even make it out of the concert venue for the festivities instead having a Live Nation staffer, who just happens to be an ordained minister, perform the short ceremony right back stage of their Projekt Revolution show in Denver Monday night.

There must be something in the water on the My Chemical Romance tour bus because bassist Mikey Way pulled the same shenanigans earlier this year when he decided to marry his girlfriend backstage after a show and have a buddy/ordained priest do the honors.
