We’re spending the entire day with the White Stripes! Jack and Meg will be performing acoustically in Jo Whiley’s Live Lounge and they’ll be doing a very special Maida Vale gig for Zane Lowe in the evening, followed by an hour long special featuring a classic White Stripes concert from our vaults, including their first ever live broadcast in the UK on John Peel’s show, tracks from their gigs at Peel Acres (John Peel’s house!) in 2001 and Radio 1’s Big Weekend in 2003, plus some of our favorite ever interviews. Plus there’ll be loads more White Stripes action through the day.
