April 30th, Highline Ballroom swings open it’s doors with Lou Reed. Tickets will be on sale on Apr, 05 2007 at 12:00 PM EDT on ticketweb.
Friday, I went for a walk through and was really impressed with a 700 capacity room opening later this month on 16th between 9th and 10th Ave.
The Highline Park has been under construction for a year ago this month and will hopefully be open next year around this time. If this park is everything David Bowie hopes it to be Highline Ballroom will find itself in a new hip part of town.
